Residential Solar System
Design and Installation
We work with one of the leading providers of state-of-the-art solar power systems in the in the United States. Since 2014, they have installed thousands of solar panels for residential, commercial and industrial clients. As roofing experts, the team is able to install on all types of roofs: flat, slate, metal, asphalt, clay and Spanish tile.
We will accompany you along the entire process, from the initial consultation and design and installation of your solar panel system, to any service and support needed after your system launch.

The design process take into consideration many factors such as irradiance, azimuth readings, the physical setting, and shading analysis to determine how many and what type of panel is best for the available space. All of which, can be taken into account remotely by employing satellite based "GPS" software to produce a preliminary site assessment and design layout to any person or organization contemplating the feasibility of investing in renewable energy capacity.
We work closely with independent installers, local building authorities, relevant State agencies, and utility companies to ensure a smooth interconnection with the electrical grid.
Net Metering
Net metering(ornet energy metering,NEM) is an electricity billing mechanism that allows consumers who generate some or all of their own electricity to use that electricity anytime, instead of when it is generated.
Net metering policies can vary significantly by country and by state or province: if net metering is available, if and how long banked credits can be retained, and how much the credits are worth (retail/wholesale). Most net metering laws involve monthly rollover of KWH (kilowatt per hours) credits
Financial Incentives
The Federal government currently offers an investment tax credit (ITC) equal to 26% of the total cost, including installation, of the solar or wind system.
Additionally, each state and municipality (city or town) offers its own distinct set of incentives, including, in many cases, tax credits, cash rebates, and property tax abatements. Using a residential solar system installed in New York City, as an example, the buyer of a fully installed system can realize (based on the total cost of the system) the following federal, state, and municipal financial incentives:
In New York City for example the 30% Federal Tax credit along with a 25% State Tax Credit can be applied to the cost of the Solar System.
In addition, local residents are offered a cash payment per watt installed and 20% Property Tax Abatement
What our Preliminary Solar Estimate will Reveal
A preliminary estimate of your future solar system will provide you with a 1) basic feasibility study, 2) a firm estimate of how much electricity can be produced on your property and 3) how much financial savings can be expected once system is up and running.
